WebbI have an amd fx-4130 cpu 8GB of RAM and a gtx 960 2GB and I keep getting about 25 - 30 fps in towns. In the wilderness, I get 60 fps. I am making this post on the off chance someone knows why I am getting low fos. In SSE I get 60 in the wilderness and about 50 in towns and cities.
