Webb(m) "Off-Site Levy Accounts" means the separate accounts for the funds collected from the Off-Site Levies for each type of Off-Site Infrastructure to be established and maintained for the purposes of receiving, holding and expending Off-Site Levies collected and disbursed under the authority of this Bylaw and the Act; WebbBylaws City Bylaws City Council passes bylaws which are put into place to meet the needs of residents, determine provisions and resolve issues.
