The MPM can also bind with a huge list of other protocols found on various quadcopters using proprietary protocols. Anyways you simply remove that brass piece that fits into the grooves of the teeth and bingo smooth action. I did this going on 2 years ago so my memory is not perfect but if you take apart your 9C series Futaba TX you will see the same.
