P0401 states "EGR - Insufficient flow". That said, it could be that the EGR valve stuck .... or possibly a stuck turbo or a dirty IAT2 sensor. You can pull the IAT2 sensor or monitor it if you have a scan tool (which is highly advised). Pulling the EGR valve and cleaning it isn't a bad idea either.
